The heart shape is a customer favorite to wear as jewelry, give as a special gift or even as an ID tag for very stylish pets. Photo charms make it possible to have your favorite photo put on a 14 Karat Gold or Sterling Silver charm. A state of the art color laser process puts your special photograph on your charm. The color laser process is the most detailed process available and customers say their charms look even better than their original photo. A protective jewelry enamel is added to every color laser to ensure your charm will stay beautiful. Photos can also be engraved on your charm if you prefer a hologram effect with a grey scale that looks similar to a black and white photo. The background in your photo is removed so the subject(s) of your photo stand out. Please clean with a soft polishing cloth only, no detergents or jewelry cleaners. After placing your order email your photo to service@JoyPetProducts.com as a jpg file. Be sure to put ‘Photo for’ and your order number in the email subject line. Include a phone number in case we need to reach you. Please see our Tips for taking and choosing a photo below.

Photo Tips

• Send a great photo. Make sure your subject is not too small. A good rule of thumb is the subject should be at least 1/3-2/3 of the entire photo.
• Photos should be at least 4x6" and in focus. Photos with a lot of color produce the best results for full color products.
• Higher resolution photos reproduce best. The resolution should be high enough for a great print photo.
• Photo Charms will use the subject of your photo only. The background will be removed.
• If your photo is copyrighted or taken by a professional photographer, you will need to send a signed release from the photographer.
• We reserve the right to refuse a portrait if we believe the quality of the original photo is poor and will not produce good results or if the photo is inappropriate. Your satisfaction is very important!
