Return Policy
We want you and your pets to be happy with your Joy Pet Products purchases and
shopping experience. You may return any item, except personalized
items and photo items, for a prompt exchange or refund within
thirty days of your purchase. The item must be in original condition
and in original packaging. We can not accept returns that have
been damaged by improper washing, over zealous pets or that
are not in clean, new condition. If an item fails to meet your
expectation after use please email customer service. While we
can't be responsible for damage caused by your pet, we do stand
behind our products. We sincerely appreciate your business and
Joy Pet Products will make every effort to make sure you are
satisfied.

Joy Pet Products will never, ever sell, distribute, reveal or otherwise make available
any customer information, with anyone, period. We will only
email our newsletter and news about additional products if you
