Return Policy
We want you and your pets to be happy with your Joy Pet Products purchases and your shopping experience. You may return any item, except close out merchandise, personalized items and photo items, for a prompt exchange or refund within thirty days of your purchase.
Please call us at 978.948.5582 or email us at service@JoyPetProducts.com to notify us of your return or exchange. If an item fails to meet your expectation after use please email customer service. While we can't be responsible for damage caused by improper use, care or your pet, we do stand behind our products.
We can not accept returns or exchanges after thirty days from the date of your order. Items returned after the thirty day period will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
Items must be in original new condition with all tags attached as they were when initially shipped to you.
Returns and exchanges must be shipped back to us in original packaging or similar hard sided packaging. We can not accept returns or exchanges sent to us in envelopes or other soft sided mailers and items which have been damaged in shipping. We advise shipping USPS with insurance.
We can not accept for return or exchange items damaged by improper washing or over zealous pets or items returned which have any odors, hair or fur or which are not in completely clean, new condition. Items in unacceptable condition will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense or a cleaning fee will be deducted from the credit if the item can be properly cleaned.
